For All the Saints (Even the Unexpected Ones)

Saints aren't people who are perfect or godly or who have some special relationship with God. More often than not, they are just ordinary people, doing the best they can with what they have. What makes a person a saint is the way their lives reveal God. Since our God chooses to be revealed in all things, even in suffering and sin, not all saints are the kind of people we would call "saintly." And that is, in itself, good news.
