What? Family book club is a monthly gathering of families who share in fellowship, a book, and an activity. Each family gets to take home a copy of the book.

When? Usually the 1st Sunday of the month…avoiding major holidays or other conflicts.  9:45 - 10:45. The 22/23 dates are: December 18 (Christmas), January 8 (Church), February 5 (Love), March 5 (Psalm 23), April 2 (Holy Week), May 7 (Pentecost).

Who? The books will be childrens’ books and the activities appropriate for all ages.  However, family is a big word that can mean lots of things.  No need to have a child in tow to come and join the fun!  All shapes and sizes of families (and people!) are most welcome!

Why? Family Book Club is an idea that came out of a summer meeting of families with young kids.  Sharing in fellowship, learning about the bible and our faith, and having fun together is a priority for the group, but realistically, every week is hard to make happen.  As we all work together to figure out what church life looks like for young families, this is where we are starting!Interested?
