Pastor Seth Novak
Seth has served at Agnus Dei Lutheran Church since 2014. He was born in Montana, earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Idaho in Moscow, and graduated from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg, PA. Seth loves the Church and loves making it his job because it allows him to see up close and personally how God is at work transforming the world, and to be a part of that work. In addition to all the “pastory” stuff, Seth also enjoys riding his bicycle, putting on chemistry demonstrations, and homebrewing beer and cider.

Susan Luebeck, Church Musician
Beginning in her very earliest childhood memories, Susan has felt a deeply spiritual connection with music. She earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance at the University of Washington as a student of international concert artist, Bela Siki. She has served as pianist at Agnus Dei Lutheran since the year 2000, and has mentored private piano students for 35+ years.
Susan believes that, as Brian Wren says, worship music is a "vehicle" for the congregation's encounter with God, and that it should not only encourage and inspire, but help form our spirituality and shape our theology. She approaches her role in presenting this musical vehicle--one of worship, spiritual encounter, and inspiration-- with great care, awe and joy.Susan lives in an old, old house on the Burley Lagoon. Her loves include poetry, salty air and early mornings on the lagoon, musing, and spending hours adrift in her leaky rowboat.
